What will I be doing?
About the Role
Blueprint Technologies is hiring a detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative Social Media Manager. In this role, you’ll be at the center of Client’s B2B social strategy — helping manage and publish engaging content across key social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, creative teams, and cross-functional partners to schedule content, manage social media calendars, track campaign performance, and support brand voice and community engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day social media operations and content publishing through Sprinklr and Azure DevOps

Coordinate incoming requests from internal stakeholders, managing deadlines and deliverables across multiple teams

Write and review social copy tailored to platform best practices and brand tone

Maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date content calendar

Produce reports on social performance using KPIs like engagement rate, reach, and follower growth

Monitor social trends and contribute ideas for optimization, A/B testing, and engagement strategy

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Qualifications

2–4 years of professional experience in social media marketing, digital content management, or community management

Proven track record managing multi-channel content calendars and social campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills

Experience using Sprinklr, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Experience creating or collaborating on performance reports and providing data-driven insights

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field preferred — or equivalent experience

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Familiarity with B2B and tech-related content is a plus
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $55000 TO $65000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
