Jr. Copywriter, ADG
We are a small manufacturer and marketer of frame and signage display products primarily targeting the B2B audience. We are looking for a creative Junior Copywriter to join our team and help significantly enhance our online presence and marketing communications. This is a crucial opportunity to leverage your proven writing skills and gain hands-on experience crafting engaging, informative content for our leading e-commerce websites, Displays4Sale, Displayframes, and the new, in-progress SwingFrame company website.
Our small, collaborative, and fully remote team values creativity, new ideas, and measurable results. The position is for 30 hours per week with the potential for expanded hours. We offer flexibility to manage your schedule while being a core part of our team’s success.
What You’ll Do
You will be a key player in shaping the voice and quality of our content across multiple channels. Your focus will be on creating high-quality, persuasive copy that informs customers, drives sales, and builds brand awareness.
- E-commerce Copywriting: Craft compelling, high-converting product descriptions and category page copy that clearly communicates features, specifications, and benefits for our B2B and B2C audiences. This includes writing unique, concise, and persuasive copy optimized for search and conversion.
- Content Marketing: Develop and write engaging blog posts and insightful articles focused on industry trends, practical product use cases, and helpful framing and display tips to attract, educate, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Public Relations & Outreach: Write and refine professional press releases to effectively announce new products, company news, and key milestones to media outlets, ensuring a consistent and professional brand message.
- Other Writing Projects: Support the marketing team by contributing copy for email marketing campaigns, website landing pages, social media content, and other digital and print collateral as needed.
- SEO Strategy: Apply and enhance your existing knowledge of SEO principles to strategically optimize all content (keywords, metadata, structure), helping our products and articles rank higher in search results and attract valuable organic traffic.
- AI Integration: Research and experiment with AI tools and LLMs to inform and optimize your writing processes and content structure, ensuring our copy is effectively positioned to attract modern search algorithms and enhance online presence.
- Content Management: Work closely with our team to accurately upload, manage, and audit product content and written assets across our various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Adobe Commerce/Magento) and content management systems.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented writer with some experience and a sound portfolio ready to hit the ground running.
- Experience: You have 1-2 years of professional, internship, or equivalent freelance experience in copywriting or content creation.
- Essential Skills: You have a proven track record of writing and editing high-quality content, specifically including product descriptions, blog posts, and formal press releases. An understanding of content for social media would be helpful.
- Writing Mastery: Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.
- Digital Marketing Acumen: You have a strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing, understanding how persuasive copy directly influences customer behavior and sales.
- SEO Familiarity: Practical knowledge and application of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization) is required.
- Self-Starter: You have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Additionally, you must be willing to learn and continuously improve all aspects of e-commerce communications.
