Investing Blog Writer (Real Estate) – $25 – $40/hr

We are looking for a part time freelance writer for a real estate investing blog. Our team will provide the topics and headlines and you will conduct the research and write the articles. Our expectation would be 1-2 articles per week initially, but could quickly turn into higher volume. Each post would be a minimum of 1,000 words with some exceeding 2,500 words depending on the topic.

The ideal candidate would have a colloquial writing style and preferably some knowledge of real estate (however not a requirement), SEO optimization experience, Word Press experience and AIDA writing framework is also a plus. Ultimately, the goal of the site is to bring in organic traffic and collect emails for future marketing. We will eventually launch a training course and 1-on-1 coaching program.
