Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Help Article Content Writer to create and maintain high-quality help articles, documentation, and video tutorials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and maintain help articles, tutorial videos, user guides, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and customer support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Develop content that is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and style guidelines.
- Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Create and edit tutorial videos to complement written documentation.
Qualifications/Preferences:
- Proven experience as a content writer, content creator, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience in creating and editing tutorial videos.
- Knowledge of Arbiter software and how users utilize their systems.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of Zendesk and how to best utilize AI.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A writing sample and mock training session will be part of the interview process
