HR Technical Writer – $32.96 per hour

LHH is seeking a candidate for our clients HR People Center searching for an experienced technical writer to join our team and help take our employee-focused HR services to new heights. As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a technical field as well as familiarity with Human Resources policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, writes, and edits content for the People Centers Knowledge Base articles for use within Service Now.
• Prepares written documentation to transfer technical information about HR concepts, situations, products, services, or results to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with HR managers and specialists to gather the necessary information such as policies, procedures and guides.
• Translate complex HR policies into understandable, easy-to-read documents.
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success.
• Identify, review, and organize existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Create easy-to-understand user interfaces texts, articles, online help and training guides.
• Ensure information is presented in a way that is easy to understand by diverse audiences.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in English, Technical Writing or a related field
• Experience in technical writing of HR-related documents.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Several years of ServiceNow experience required.
• Experience writing clear and concise text, articles, reports, process guides, or other document types for various audiences.
• Ability to multi-task, be proactive, establish priorities and work independently or in teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.96 per hour
