Hiring B2B SaaS technical writers

A client of mine is looking for a freelance technical ghostwriter for regular project work.

We’re looking for a ghostwriter with deep, proven experience writing about extremely technical topics for a B2B audience. This work requires someone who understands the core concepts and language of enterprise B2B SaaS for topics like AI observability, data warehousing, data engineering, and deep cybersecurity.

Please ONLY apply if you’re confident in your ability to do this work with minimal training.

If you need to ask Claude “what’s a data lake?” then you wouldn’t be the right fit for this particular role. (No shade – that’s exactly what I had to do.)

The work is different from interviewing an SME and translating their knowledge for a more general audience. It’s more like embodying an SME yourself to write about complex, highly technical topics for a peer audience.

Do you know what SQL is? Do you have an opinion about context graphs? Were you a data engineer in a past life?
