What do you own?
The entire marketing function — brand voice, content strategy, community growth, PR, social, email. You build all of it.
Video and reel creation — you shoot, edit and post reels. Not someone else’s reels. Yours. You are on camera and behind camera. Cap Cut and Opus Clip are your tools.
Content strategy that creates culture not just content — swap stories, founder narrative, community moments, controversy that starts conversations.
Press and journalist relationships — 3-5 specific journalists covering future of work, AI and creator economy who know your name before we launch publicly. (Future Need, not required Currently)
Investor narrative through marketing — every follower gained, every view earned and every press mention is data in our pitch deck. You directly impact the raise.
Managing the content and growth team members, below you with clear weekly deliverables and accountability.
Who You Are
You have made content go viral — not once by accident. Multiple times, intentionally.
You know the difference between a viral hook and a good sentence. You edit your own reels. You do not wait for a video editor. You shoot, cut and post same day when something needs to go up.
You think about why people share things — identity, emotion, social currency — before you think about what to post.
You have built or grown something — a community, a channel, a brand — from zero to something real. Not maintained someone else’s.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and speed. Do not wait for a brief. You create the brief.
