Google Cloud Platform Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation and online content for various audiences, targeting key customer segments and user scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with other writers and cross-functional teams (such as Product Managers, UX Designers, Customer Engineers, Solutions Architects, etc.) to research customer needs, plan and prioritize content to meet those needs, and execute the plan.
• Manage complex documentation projects and oversee the cross-product strategy at multiple levels.
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in producing high-quality technical documentation for technical audiences.
• Proficiency in HTML or Markdown;
• experience in a Unix environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with or interest in Machine Learning and AI.
