Freelance Social + Copywriting Partner (IG + LinkedIn Focus) – $750/mo
Part-time Retainer | $750/mo | Remote | 3-Month Pilot
We are a small, design-first creative agency that believes in doing fewer things really well. We’re looking for a social + copywriting partner to help us grow our presence, strengthen our voice, and bring more personality and connection to our digital channels.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our designer (who handles visuals) and our content strategist (who supports messaging and analytics). We already have a light content calendar in motion — we’re ready for someone to take it over, grow it, and make our feeds feel alive again.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our Instagram and LinkedIn presence (Facebook auto-posts from IG).
- Write on-brand, human, engaging copy — not filler. (You know how to make words sound like people.)
- Plan, schedule, and post consistently — about 2–3x/week.
- Engage with comments and DMs in a thoughtful, professional way.
- Partner with our internal team to review performance and discuss what’s resonating.
- Experiment with boosted posts (we’ll start small!) and help us prepare for targeted ads down the line.
- Lend a hand with copywriting for rebranding initiatives — helping shape tone, messaging, and consistency across platforms and materials.
Who You Are
- A copywriter first, marketer second — someone who understands the power of words and how they move people.
- Experienced managing LinkedIn and Instagram for creative or service-based brands.
- Confident in writing across tones: professional, warm, and a little cheeky when it fits.
- Strategic enough to think beyond the post — to how social connects to brand growth and leads.
- Collaborative, responsive, and excited to partner with a small, creative team that values storytelling and design in equal measure.
The Details
- Retainer: $750/month for a 3-month pilot
- Scope: ~5 hours/week (flexible)
- Start: As soon as we find the right fit
- Growth: Opportunity to expand scope + compensation as we scale ad strategy, inbound efforts, and brand initiatives
