Freelance Pharma Copywriter (Market Access Experience) – $50/hr – $75/hr
Our client, a well-known PHARMA agency, is looking for a copywriter with MARKET ACCESS experience to support the development of clear, compliant, and strategic payer-facing content.
As of right now, the client does not have an immediate need but asked for us to pipeline candidates as they anticipate having work soon for a freelancer.
This role focuses on translating clinical and economic value into compelling messaging that supports formulary access and reimbursement.
The Freelance Pharma Copywriter will: Develop value propositions and messaging tailored to payers, MCOs, and health systems Create materials like payer slide decks (PIE), AMCP summaries, formulary kits, and reimbursement guides Translate clinical, scientific, and HEOR data into clear, persuasive content Ensure all work meets MLR requirements, including proper referencing and annotation Partner with market access, marketing, and clinical teams to align on strategy
The Freelance Pharma Copywriter has: 3+ years of pharma copywriting experience, with a focus on market access Strong understanding of the US reimbursement landscape (payers, PBMs, IDNs)
Excellent writing, editing, and research skills, with experience managing MLR submissions
