The Role:
- Honest is looking for a Mid-Level Copywriter to help deliver our messaging across our Beauty, Baby and Personal Care brands. You’ll be responsible for the creation of holistic messaging across all channels to build our brand, increase awareness and drive consumer engagement/conversion.
- We’re looking for someone who embraces strategic and creative solutions to inspire, educate and convert our customers through a language that is relatable, confident, and purposeful.
- Work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment to develop engaging messaging for all online and offline marketing assets.
- Create relevant and meaningful communications across marketing channels, including email, social, blog, paid media and d2c + retailer website.
- Write inspiring, original and engaging copy for product descriptions.
- Assist in editing and proofreading all brand copy.

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree (English, journalism, or other relevant area of study preferred)
- 3-5 years of copywriting experience (Beauty, personal care, or Baby Brand experience preferred)
- Online and e-commerce copywriting experience
- Superior writing and proofreading skills with an excellent command of grammar
- Highly organized and communicative
- Attentive to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Candidates will be asked to provide a portfolio or writing samples in context to full campaigns or completed assets.
Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $65- $70/hourly. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
