Role Description
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Copywriter to join our team on a freelance basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to drive immediate consumer action, create memorable campaigns, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.What You’ll Do
- Write compelling :60 radio and :30 TV commercials
- Develop creative concepts that grab attention within the first 5 seconds
- Craft messaging that motivates consumers to take action immediately
- Build engaging characters and scenarios that come to life through audio and video
- Use humor effectively—without crossing the line
- Submit concepts and scripts independently and iterate based on feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to write high-converting advertising copy
- Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with feedback, revisions, and refining ideas that may not initially land
- A mindset focused on performance, not just creativity
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of automotive sales strategies and offers
- Learn and apply manufacturer rules, regulations, and co-op requirements
- Build knowledge of individual client preferences and apply insights to future campaigns
- Contribute to ongoing monthly campaign development
- Experience working with AI-generated audio and video tools
