Fiction Writing Coach and Editor – $40,000 – $70,000 a year
We are an organization that guides writers toward publication through courses, coaching, and developmental editing.
We’re looking for traditionally published novelists who have experience as book coaches/editors.
(If you’ve indie published many books and sold a substantial amount of copies, you will also be considered)
Qualifications:
- Track record as an author
- Demonstrated experience in providing editorial feedback and/or teaching writing
- Deep understanding of storytelling fundamentals
Responsibilities:
- 1 live craft lecture per month
- Weekly Developmental feedback on a short piece of writing for each student
- Two one-on-one meetings a month for each student (coaching)

We are focused on fiction writers, so as much as we love poets, nonfiction writers, and screenwriters, this is not the right fit.
Payment will be $500 per student, per month. Most mentors work with between 6 and 10 students at a time.
