- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content performance.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content planning.
- Design eye-catching graphics and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to enhance post appeal and brand consistency.
- Monitor digital marketing performance metrics through Google Analytics and media performance analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to nurture community relationships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for public relations initiatives, branding efforts, and e-commerce promotions on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management with a focus on LinkedIn marketing strategies.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability in content writing, content creation, video editing, and proofreading for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring online conversations.
- Experience in digital marketing performance monitoring and marketing analytics to assess campaign success.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
