Men’s Journal is seeking an Entrepreneurial Publisher to build and scale a high-performing, trending news team focused on men’s lifestyle, culture, and gear. This is a revenue-driven role for an entrepreneur who understands digital publishing, audience growth, and performance monetization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and manage a team of freelance trending news writers

 

• Develop and execute a daily publishing strategy optimized for traffic and RPM

 

• Assign, edit, and publish timely, high-interest men’s content at scale

 

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize coverage for revenue growth

 

• Identify emerging trends and search opportunities relevant to Men’s Journal readers

 

• Ensure editorial quality, brand alignment, and compliance with guidelines and SEO best practices

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media, trending news, or performance-driven publishing

• Proven ability to manage freelance writers

 

• Strong understanding of traffic analytics

 

• Knowledge of men’s lifestyle content and audience interests
