We work with online personalities, digital brands, and subscription-based communities to help improve communication, engagement, and audience satisfaction.
We are currently hiring remote Customer Engagement Writers to join our team.
Position Overview
This role focuses on communicating with online community members and customers across various digital platforms. You will help maintain engaging conversations, strengthen customer relationships, and support overall audience retention.
This is a communication-heavy role ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, sales, online moderation, social media, or community management.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and community members through online messaging platforms
- Maintain active and engaging conversations
- Help improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow brand communication guidelines and tone
- Track important customer notes and interactions
- Work closely with team leads and supervisors
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Support overall engagement and communication strategies
Qualifications
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking and handling multiple conversations
- Strong understanding of internet culture and online communication
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, moderation, social media, or live chat is preferred
