Dialogue Writer
Fields of Aaru is a cozy life sim set in an Ancient Egypt-inspired afterlife. Players build a home along the Nile, help restore a village, farm, fish, craft, interact with Egyptian gods, and venture into the desert to uncover ruins, tombs, and ancient secrets.
We are looking for a writer who can balance warmth, subtle humor, and emotional clarity. The setting draws from myth and mystery, but the dialogue should feel grounded, human, and approachable rather than grandiose. Tonally, we are inspired by games like Hades, A Short Hike, and Carto.
