I am a business owner seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to work with me on a long-term basis. This is a direct, one-on-one role — not a recruiting or agency position.
The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative and online tasks to help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email and handle routine communications
- Perform data entry and conduct internet research
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with social media tasks (posting content and basic engagement)
- Organize files and manage documents
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience is a plus (not required)
