Clutch is looking for an experienced Creative Strategist & Copywriter for a client of ours—a fast-paced, innovative advertising agency dedicated to driving growth for leading Fintech brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact, data-driven creative brand strategies and communication platforms specifically tailored for Fintech clients.
- Craft Catchy Copy: Produce fresh, catchy, and highly persuasive copy for all digital and traditional channels, including social media, display ads, landing pages, website content, email campaigns, and video scripts.
- Fintech Translation: Translate complex financial products and technology (e.g., payments, crypto, investment) into clear, accessible, and engaging consumer messaging.
- Concept Presentation: Confidently present and articulate the rationale behind creative concepts and strategies to senior-level clients and cross-functional agency teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Management, Media, and Analytics teams to ensure creative output is strategically aligned with business objectives and media performance metrics.
- Brand Voice Ownership: Define, champion, and maintain a modern and distinct brand voice for clients, ensuring consistency and market differentiation across all touchpoints.
- A/B Testing: Actively participate in campaign optimization by incorporating performance data and testing new copy iterations to maximize conversion and engagement rates.
Qualifications
- Agency Experience: 3+ years of professional copywriting and creative strategy experience gained within an advertising or digital marketing agency environment.
- Fintech Specialization: Proven experience working with Fintech, financial services, or B2B/B2C technology clients is required.
- Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to move beyond execution to contribute meaningfully to brand positioning and overarching communication planning.
- Exceptional Copywriting: A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to write compelling, witty, and concise copy that clearly solves marketing challenges.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategic choices effectively to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Proven capacity to adapt tone, style, and messaging for different platforms and target audiences rapidly.
