About the Role
BAI Capital is seeking a remote Copywriter to support investor marketing across multiple channels. This is a hands-on writing role focused on producing clear, compliant, conversion-focused copy that follows established strategy and is delivered to a high standard.
The ideal candidate understands how to communicate complex investment concepts to sophisticated audiences and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines. Experience in financial services, private equity, real estate investment, or wealth management marketing is well suited to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Write marketing copy for paid and organic social media, landing pages, email campaigns, investor presentations, and other marketing and sales materials
- Translate complex private equity and investment offerings into clear, compelling messaging for accredited and high-net-worth investors
- Adapt tone, messaging, and structure across different channels while maintaining a consistent BAI Capital brand voice
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and investor relations teams to align copy with creative and strategic direction
- Write within applicable financial marketing regulations and work with the compliance team on reviews and required disclosures
- Revise and refine copy based on stakeholder feedback, performance data, and A/B testing results
- Proofread and finalize copy to ensure it is accurate and ready for launch
- Write scripts and promotional content for investor webinars and events
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional copywriting experience
- Experience writing marketing copy for private equity
- Proven experience creating copy for paid advertising, landing pages, and email marketing
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with investment marketing compliance, including SEC marketing rules, Reg D offerings, and accredited investor communications
- Experience developing investor-facing materials such as offering summaries, pitch decks, newsletters, or webinar content
- Knowledge of EB-5, real estate development, or fund marketing
- Familiarity with performance-driven copywriting and A/B testing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and investor journeys
- Experience working with a marketing agency or a fast-paced in-house marketing team
