About the Role
We are seeking a talented, performance-driven Copywriter to support our growing healthcare businesses. This role is responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and high-performing digital and print copy across channels, helping shape how our brands communicate with consumers and partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with strategic thinking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at translating complex healthcare information into compelling, accessible messaging that drives action.
Key Responsibilities
Copy & Content Development
- Write high-quality copy for all channels including emails, landing pages, paid ads, social media, website content, print collateral and tradeshows.
- Adapt tone and voice based on audience, brand, and channel—ranging from smart and engaging to informative and authoritative.
- Translate scientific, medical, and clinical concepts into clear, relatable, and persuasive copy.
- Optimize copy for performance, clarity, and conversion while maintaining brand integrity.
Brand & Messaging
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all consumer-facing and partner-facing communications.
- Develop messaging frameworks that support business initiatives, product launches, campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance when writing regulated healthcare content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Business Units, Operations, Creative and Sales teams to align copy with business goals and campaign strategies.
- Participate in creative briefing, brainstorming, and iterative testing to improve messaging performance.
- Collaborate with designers and other creatives to ensure copy and visuals work cohesively.
Process & Workflow
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining high creative standards.
- Leverage AI tools and custom LLMs to accelerate workflows and increase output without sacrificing quality.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 4+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment.
- Proven experience writing for both print and digital marketing channels including emails, ads, landing pages, and social content.
- Portfolio showcasing high-performing copy across multiple tones and formats.
- Creative mindset with a strong point of view and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under tight timelines and changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High standards for accuracy, clarity, and quality—especially important in healthcare contexts.
