Purpose of Role
Responsible for writing and editing short and long-form marketing content for print, web, digital, and social platforms across multiple sales channels and initiatives to meet business goals. Delivers compelling, brand-aligned copy that supports business goals and resonates with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
• Writes and edits copy for various media, including email, web, landing pages, print collateral, digital ads, social media, and more.
• Ensures copy adheres to brand voice, messaging frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborates with designers, video editors, strategists, and stakeholders to translate briefs into effective content.
• Contributes to messaging development and refinement for key campaigns.
• Uses AI tools to aid in content creation, versioning, proofing, refining, and optimization.
• Adapts writing style for different audiences and channels.
• Participates in content reviews and feedback loops with internal stakeholders and compliance teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications – Experience/Skills/Competencies
• Minimum 3 years of related experience copywriting, marketing, and advertising content, preferably with financial services clients.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to write persuasive marketing copy across multiple formats and platforms.
• Experience providing marketing and advertising content used in social media, print collateral, web content, and emails.
• Experience with marketing campaign workflows, including understanding the creative and production process for print, video, and digital materials.
• Ability to pivot quickly between long form, conceptual, and performance-driven copy.
• Experience writing or refining AI prompts for creative or marketing use.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory review workflows with ability to work within brand, legal, and compliance guidelines.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate attention to detail.
• Interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer service orientation.
• Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in cloud collaboration tools (e.g. Google Docs).
• AP style proficency

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($70,000 – $90,000 ) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
