Copywriter for Technical Content – $31/hr – $36/hr
As the Copywriter for Technical Content, you will be responsible for creating compelling and informative content for driver and agent facing content and articles .This includes developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that are tailored specifically for driver communications, resulting in improved retention rates and healthier driver outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Editing: Write and edit engaging and informative content for driver- and agent-facing materials, including training documents, policy updates, and customer support resources. Utilize both creative and technical writing skills to ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for driver and agent communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all driver touchpoints.
- Optimization and Analysis: Leverage data and user feedback to assess content performance and continuously optimize materials and campaigns to improve driver retention, engagement, and brand perception.
Job requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Excellent understanding of product descriptions, marketing copy, and brand voice guidelines.
- Ability to write for different audiences and channels, including email marketing, and advertising.
- Experience developing and executing strategic messaging across product launches, platform-wide updates, and contextualized driver communications, preferably in a gig space.
- Experience managing the communication tech stack, ensuring alignment with operational and experience goals.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, marketing , and driver experience teams to enhance engagement and satisfaction, improving driver retention.
