ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As an Email Specialist at BAD Marketing, you play a vital role in shaping the success of our marketing endeavors. Your responsibilities include collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and funnel builders to contribute to the overall email marketing strategy. Additionally, you will analyze email marketing performance, lead A/B testing, optimize email campaign performance, plan and implement a content calendar, and create/manage autoresponder email campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate and plan with the marketing team and clients.
  • Audit existing automations and email marketing strategies for clients, creating a vision of the ideal customer flow end-to-end.
  • Develop and execute automations for various funnel structures (webinars, VSLs, etc.).
  • Test and iterate to optimize Email and SMS campaigns.
  • Report metrics with insights.
  • Improve the customer journey, build a loyal customer base, and increase conversions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing with a background in direct response marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skills that drive revenue.
  • Strong ability to write engaging content.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing consumer journey.
  • Performance-driven with a focus on results.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Clickfunnels, HubSpot, Active Campaign, and InfusionSoft/Keap, among others.
