Content Strategist and Writer

We’re seeking a fact-driven, research-oriented B2B content and communications expert with a passion for telecom and technology, someone who can turn complex industry topics into clear, engaging, and persuasive stories. This role blends long-form authority content (blogs, white papers, case studies) with short-form social content, corporate communications, to position Telna as a recognized thought leader.

In our fast-paced environment, you’ll dive deep into telecom and enterprise tech research, extract compelling insights from reputable sources, craft narratives that resonate with decision-makers, and strengthen Telna’s presence across owned, earned, and social channels.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and edit B2B-focused long-form content: blogs, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
  • Extract and simplify insights from technical and business research, including industry reports and market data.
  • Transform long-form content into engaging short-form social posts
  • Optimize all content for SEO best practices
  • Train AI models with company-specific data to enhance personalization and output quality.
  • Maintain brand voice, messaging consistency, and editorial standards across all content formats.
  • Develop press releases, media statements, and contributed articles for industry publications.
  • Draft executive speeches, talking points, and op-eds to support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to emerging trends in telecom, eSIM, and B2B technology.

 

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B content creation, communications, or PR—ideally in technology, SaaS, or telecom.
  • Strong portfolio of published B2B blogs, white papers, and thought leadership content.
  • Proven ability to source and cite reputable statistics from trusted research outlets.
  • Deep understanding of SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Skilled in adapting tone, style, and length for diverse audiences and formats.
  • AI enthusiast
  • Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and rigorous fact-checking.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Experience in B2B demand generation and tracking content performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, SendGrid, Mailchimp, etc.).

 

Experience with telecoms, eSIM, or B2B technology platforms.
