Content Coordinator – $50,000.00-$65,000.00/year
We are looking for a Social Media Content Coordinator to plays a critical role in managing and executing social media content across multiple platforms and client accounts. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining content calendars, coordinating with internal teams, and fostering vibrant online communities. Must be highly organized and understand the nuances of digital communication, as well as brand voice. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, social media trends, and fostering an online community.
Responsibilities
- Content Planning: Develop, manage, and maintain content calendars for multiple social media accounts
- Posting Content: Schedule and publish posts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and X
- Content Creation: Filming short-form videos, designing quick graphics in Canva, or capturing behind-the-scenes moments. Straddle both strategy and execution, especially when fast turnaround or real-time content is needed.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in brand voice
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with graphic designers and account managers to align content with campaign goals; assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative campaign ideas
- Analysis and Reporting: Track performance metrics and contribute to regular client reporting
- Industry Innovation: Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to then apply to your clients
- Communication: Ensure brand consistency across all content and communication
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a social media role, preferably at an agency
- Proficiency in content planning tools (e.g., Metricool, Airtable)
- Demonstrated success in managing social media calendars and community engagement for multiple accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with analytics tools and analyzing data
