Mission: Transforming Attention into Business Pipeline
Your goal is to build and lead a strategic community that converts attention into qualified business opportunities: Audience → Qualified Conversations → Demos → Paid Users.
Your Key Responsibilities (Strategy and Execution)
- Strategy & Editorial Calendar (Priority LinkedIn, Communities and then X/Reddit if proven relevance): Conception and execution of high-value content (posts, threads, carousels, “mini-teardown” case studies).
- Targeted Distribution & Hacking: Don’t just post. Actively participate in discussions, comment intelligently and strategically, and identify/activate relevant B2B micro-influencers (media buyers, strategists, SaaS founders).
- Community Animation & Engagement: Manage inbound DMs/comments, and launch recurring formats (e.g., Live Creative Audit, weekly “Hook Teardown,” “Ad Breakdown” of competitors/leaders) to generate qualified engagement.
- Content Operations (Lean): Briefly and rapidly produce content (punchy copy, simple visuals via Figma/Canva), and orchestrate multi-format repurposing.
- Growth Loops & Lead Generation: Creation and promotion of ultra-relevant lead magnets (swipe files, checklists) for our audience, implementation of effective DM sequences, and simple nurturing to push leads toward the demo.
- Measurement & Rapid Iteration: Define and track clear KPIs (Growth, Engagement, Business) and iterate agilely each week to optimize performance.
Performance KPIs
- Growth (Qualified): Number of qualified B2B followers, Relevant Impressions, Content Save Rate.
- Engagement (Deep): Number of “non-empty” comments (business discussions), Qualified inbound DMs, Response rate to DMs/Comments.
- Business Impact: Leads generated, Number of demos booked via the social channel, Attributed Free → Starter/Pro conversions.
Ideal Profile: The Creative-Growth Hacker
- Expert B2B Copywriting: You write exceptionally well (short, punchy, B2B/SaaS-oriented copy).
- Meta Ads / Creative Testing Expertise: You understand the Meta Ads ecosystem and creative testing (even without being a media buyer), and you speak the language of our audience (performance, ROI, creative).
- “Distribution-First” Mindset: You know that posting is only 20% of the job, and you master proactive social distribution and engagement techniques.
- SaaS Experience (A Plus): Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong Bonus: Having successfully built or led a B2B community in the AI, Tech SaaS, Paid Agency, or E-commerce sector.
Tools
You are comfortable with: Ai tools, Figma/Canva, Buffer/social management tool, Google suite.
