We’re a language-learning app that teaches through fast, funny, dialogue-driven stories starring recurring characters (Grandma Lupita 👵🏻, Ana 📸, Diego 🤑, and more).
We’re looking for comedy-minded writers who can craft 100–250-word short stories with a punchy sitcom / romcom tone.
Compensation
- $0.20 USD per word
- 30% upfront (PayPal / Wise)
- Writers retain portfolio rights; We receive full ownership
- Batches available: 5, 20, and 50 stories (we need ~300 total)

Please point to one specific piece in your portfolio that shows this particular comedic style: simple, fun, light, sitcom-like, with a surprising punch at the end. Ideally, link to a 200-word(+/-) story you’ve already written – it’s challenging to deliver a full plot in so few words, which is why we pay $0.20/word.
