About the role
- We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Business Plan Writer to prepare high-quality, immigration-compliant business plans for U.S. immigration petitions. This role plays a critical part in supporting attorney strategy and client success by translating complex business models, financial projections, and market analyses into clear, persuasive, and well-structured written documents.
- This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English, has strong written communication skills, and is interested in working within the U.S. immigration law context.
- Working hours for this role are between 09:00 and 17:00 U.S. Pacific Time, which corresponds to 20:00 – 04:00 Türkiye time, in alignment with our office operations.
What you’ll do
- Prepare detailed business plans for business immigration petitions (including but not limited to E-2, L-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-1, and similar categories),
- Develop financial projections, budgets, cash flow analyses, and revenue models in line with immigration case requirements,
- Work closely with the Billing team to ensure financial assumptions and projections are consistent with internal standards,
- Collaborate with Immigration attorneys and case teams to align business plans with petition strategy,
- Translate financial data into clear, professional English narratives suitable for USCIS review,
- Revise and update business plans based on attorney and billing feedback,
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all business plan documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Strong written English skills with the ability to prepare professional, client-facing documents,
- Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting,
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Nice To Have
- Experience working within a billing, finance, or accounting team,
- Exposure to immigration law, business immigration cases, or legal support roles,
- Experience preparing business plans, feasibility studies, or investment-related reports.
