B2B SaaS Content Writer (Contract → FT Option) – $100/article
Please read entire job completely. LinkedIn has been displaying incorrect qualifications and compensation ranges.
We’re a fast-growing B2B content agency that makes binge-worthy content for SaaS and adjacent industries (think agencies and SaaS-supporting professional services). Chill team, zero drama, high standards. You’ll receive coaching, clear direction, quick feedback, and direct access to the founders. We work async, communicate like pros, and genuinely like working together. If you’re sharp, curious, and get your sh*t done, you’ll love it here.
The Work
We’re hiring a writer to support fast-moving SEO content programs across several active projects, ranging from core SaaS to adjacent B2B tech industries.
You’ll write long-form blog articles using our structured briefing and feedback process. Most of our content is designed to rank and convert: how-tos, comparisons, product-led articles, and keyword clusters.
We are not a fluff factory. With AI to assist drafting, what sets great writers apart today is thorough research, authoritative sourcing, clear structures, and actionable takeaways for the reader. You’ll be expected to present meaningful examples, competitive insight, and real-world details.
Must-Haves
- Strong research and sourcing skills — you can quickly grasp technical concepts and find credible examples, not just summarize ChatGPT or the top five search results.
- Experience writing B2B content — ideally for software, ops, or adjacent tech audiences.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows — you’re comfortable using tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm or speed up drafts but then self-edit to provide a human-sounding finish.
- Solid understanding of SEO basics (e.g., search intent, structure, H2s/H3s, citations, internal links).
- Reliability and Communication — you meet deadlines, follow instructions, and accept feedback with an open mind.
- Availability— we work largely async, but you are expected to join one weekly team meeting and occasional extra sync calls as needed.
- Portfolio — 2–3 B2B samples (can be ghostwritten, just clarify your role).
- Location — We’re 100% remote with a team distributed across Europe and North America. We ask for at least 4 hours of availability for calls between 11am and 7pm GMT.
The Path
Here’s how the hiring process works:
- Application (Now): Submit your info and 2–3 writing samples through our Workello platform. We won’t consider applications submitted any other way.
- Short Skills Test (Unpaid): Selected candidates will complete a short prompt (less than 1 hour) to test how you research, structure ideas, and follow instructions.
- 30-Min Interview: If your skills test hits the mark, we’ll invite you to a short interview to see if there’s a culture match.
- Paid Skill and Fit Test (2 weeks): The top 2–3 candidates will receive a short-term contract to write 2–4 real articles for our clients. Pay is $75/article for this phase.
- Retention: After the paid test, we will select 1-2 final writers to join the team. You’ll join as a contractor, paid $100 per accepted article. After 3 months of successful performance, we are open to moving you to a fixed monthly retainer. We have a high volume of work ready to go, and the goal is to make this a stable, long-term partnership.

- Paid test: $75 / article
- Ongoing: $100 /article
