ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continuous growth, our Organic Marketing Team is excited to welcome a motivated Associate Head of Content to help us align marketing strategies with business goals to drive organizational success.
As a Associate Head of Content, you’ll l be responsible for co-leading the content team alongside the Head of Content. This role focuses on driving content excellence, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The position oversees multiple specialized teams, including Localization, Edition, Content CRO, Content Strategy, and Content Outsourcing, to deliver high-quality, impactful content that supports business growth and user engagement.

YOUR MISSION
1. Leadership & Collaboration:

- Co-lead the content department with the Head of Content, ensuring a unified approach to content creation, optimization, and delivery.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team leads across Localization, Edition, Content CRO, Content Strategy, and Content Outsourcing.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the content team.
2. Content Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, user needs, and SEO goals.
- Drive initiatives to enhance content performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Ensure all content meets high standards of quality, relevance, and consistency.
3. Team Management & Development:

- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing, empowered content team.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team success.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the SEO, Marketing, Product, and UX teams to align content with organizational strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for content innovation and optimization.
5. Operational Excellence:

- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient content production and delivery.
- Oversee outsourcing processes to ensure external partners deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
- Implement workflows, tools, and processes to streamline collaboration and maximize productivity.
6. Performance Measurement & Reporting:

- Establish KPIs for content initiatives and regularly report on performance to stakeholders.
- Use analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
7. AI Implementation & Research:

- Research and implement AI technologies to enhance processes and workflows across the Localization, Edition, Content CRO, Content Strategy, and Content Outsourcing teams.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation in content creation, optimization, and delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI tools and ensure their alignment with team goals and business objectives.
