Amazon SEO, Marketing & Customer Success Specialist – $30,000 – $35,000 a month

As the Amazon SEO, Marketing & Customer Success Specialist at BTL Diffusion, you will handle customer support across e-commerce platforms while supporting social media engagement and basic Amazon SEO initiatives. This hybrid role ensures excellent customer experience, consistent brand voice, and optimized online visibility across customer-facing channels.

Main Responsibilities

Amazon SEO & Marketplace Management

  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
  • Conduct Amazon keyword research and leverage AI SEO tools (Rufus, Cosmo, or similar) to drive visibility and sales.
  • Analyze Amazon performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve traffic and conversions.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and aligned with market trends.
  • Develop basic product catalog images using Canva and AI-driven tools to enhance and modernize listing visuals.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track performance analytics and adjust strategies to achieve goals.

Customer Service

  • Manage customer inquiries across Zendesk, Amazon, Shopify, email, and live chat with timely and empathetic support.
  • Resolve order-related issues including tracking, returns, refunds, exchanges, and disputes while maintaining a positive brand experience.
  • Follow company SOPs and meet response time and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and monitor KPIs to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile)

  • Experience Necessary: At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, social media management, or e-commerce support.
  • Amazon Knowledge: Familiar with Amazon SEO fundamentals (keywords, backend search terms, bullet points, A+ content basics).
  • Tools Knowledge: Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Meta platforms, and basic reporting tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Customer-Focused: Strong empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized: Able to manage multiple platforms, conversations, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written communication and brand voice awareness.
