Antidote Careers is part of a small, growing group of hospitality and experience brands. We’re looking for a creative, social-savvy content assistant to help bring our ideas to life online.
Who we are
Antidote Careers is our hospitality recruiting brand. We connect great people with hotels, resorts, and experience brands. Most of our recruiting presence lives on LinkedIn: job postings, industry insights, and hiring content.
My Rider is a guest preference platform for travelers. Guests build a “rider,” like the ones celebrities send ahead to venues, so hotels and hosts know their favorite morning drink, snack, or wind-down ritual before they arrive. Our motto: Show up known.
Book Club Concierge curates book club experiences for companies, hotels, and destinations. It’s built on deep publishing and entertainment industry ties and a knack for picking the right book.
What you’ll do
The strategy, ideas, and raw content come from us. You’ll help turn them into polished posts and keep things moving. That includes:
- Editing short-form video such as Reels and TikTok-style clips, and designing graphics and carousels in Canva.
- Uploading and scheduling Instagram content for My Rider and Book Club Concierge.
- Formatting and posting LinkedIn content for Antidote Careers, including job openings and recruiting posts.
- Cleaning up captions, adding hashtags, and keeping each brand’s look and voice consistent.
- Keeping our content calendar and asset folders organized.
What we’re looking for
- Comfort with Canva and a video editor like CapCut. Show us your work, whether personal, school, or freelance.
- A good eye for what looks great on social, and a sense of what’s working right now.
- Reliability and organization. You can juggle three brands without mixing them up.
- Clear communication and being comfortable asking questions.
- No formal experience required. We care more about your portfolio and attitude than your résumé.
- A bonus if you love travel, hotels, books, or entertainment.
