Who We Are:
We are a premium real estate media and marketing group in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will create content for two things: In D Sky Media (our marketing and branding agency) and our founder’s personal brand, which includes Design for Greatness (life and business coaching). We move fast, build smart systems, and care deeply about the people we work with.
Who We Are Looking For:
We need a social media person who uses ChatGPT and Claude every day to write, edit, and create faster. You can write a strong hook, edit a short video, and post it on time. You also know how to set up automations, so when someone comments on a post, they get a message right away. You do not wait to be told what to do next.
This is not a “post and disappear” job. We want someone who owns the result.
Must Haves (No Exceptions):
- Daily, hands-on use of ChatGPT or Claude for writing captions, scripts, and ideas
- Short video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Hands-on automation with ManyChat or Go High Level: you can build comment-to-DM flows (someone comments a keyword, and the system sends them a message right away)
- Strong written English that sounds warm and professional
- Available during PST (California) business hours
- Use of the scrin.io tracker during all working hours
What You Will Do:
- Write captions, hooks, and scripts using ChatGPT and Claude, then edit them so they sound like our brand
- Edit short videos from raw clips (cuts, captions, music, and polish)
- Schedule and post across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Build comment-to-DM automations in ManyChat or GHL. Example: a post says “Comment LET’S GO,” and the system DMs the guide, link, or booking page to everyone who comments
- Test every automation before it goes live, and fix it fast if it breaks
- Turn one long video or blog into many short posts
- Reply to comments and messages in our brand voice
- Send a simple weekly report: what we posted, what worked, what to do next
- Work with Mika and the team, and follow our Loom training videos
Nice to Have:
- Canva Pro experience
- Go High Level (GHL) social planner experience
- Marketing agency or personal brand content experience
- Experience working for more than one brand

- A Loom video (2 to 3 minutes). Start by saying the word “Skybound.” Then share your screen and show us how you use ChatGPT or Claude to write one post from start to finish. The strategy creation, copy, visual, past and automation.
- 2 short videos you edited. Send the raw clip and the finished version if you can
- One automation you built in ManyChat or GHL. Send a short screen recording or screenshots that show the keyword comment and the automatic DM reply
- Written answer: “Show us the exact prompt you gave ChatGPT or Claude to write a caption. What did you change before posting, and why?”
What Happens Next
Top applicants do a short 3 draft posts, 1 short video, and 1 working comment-to-DM automation for one of our brands. Strong work earns the job. We promote from within and reward people who think like owners.
