Now we’re looking for an absolute SHARK at social media to help make Starcrossed one of the most recognizable astrology brands on the internet.
We do not want someone who just knows how to post. We want someone who knows how to WIN on the internet.
YOU ARE OBSESSED WITH THE ALGORITHM.
You understand that every platform is its own universe.
You know what makes someone STOP scrolling. You know how to write a hook that makes it physically difficult not to keep watching.
You understand why one video gets 8,000 views and another gets 8 MILLION.
You study retention. CTR. Watch time. Saves. Shares. Comments. Search behavior. Thumbnails. Titles. Trends. SEO. Recommendations.
When an algorithm changes, you notice. When a new format starts taking off, you’re already testing it.
When something underperforms, you don’t shrug and move on. You want to know WHY. And then you figure out how to beat it next time.
YOU’LL OWN THE STARCROSSED UNIVERSE.
You’ll be responsible for Starcrossed’s content strategy and schedule across:
TikTok • Instagram • YouTube • Pinterest • Reddit • LinkedIn
But we don’t want six copies of the same content.
We want someone who understands exactly what wins on EACH platform.
On TikTok and Instagram, HOOKS ARE EVERYTHING. You should know how to take an idea and immediately find the most irresistible way into it.
On YouTube, you need to be EXTREMELY algorithm savvy. You should understand thumbnails, titles, CTR, retention, watch time, Shorts, long-form, recommendations, search, and what actually makes YouTube push a video.
On Reddit, you understand that you cannot market like a marketer. You understand communities, conversations, authenticity, and how Reddit actually works.
On LinkedIn, you know how to turn what we’re building behind the scenes into stories people actually want to follow.
And on Pinterest, we want you to BUILD THE STARCROSSED UNIVERSE. Not just random pins. A world. An instantly recognizable visual universe around astrology, love, soulmates, compatibility, signs, birth charts, manifestations, relationships, and everything Starcrossed.
You should be proficient in Canva or another graphic design/illustration software and understand how to create beautiful, highly clickable and saveable content at scale.
And yes… you need to understand the Pinterest algorithm too!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A VERY SPECIFIC PERSON. You are EXTREMELY online. You are fast. You are obsessive. You are proactive. You are creative AND analytical.
You are ON THE BALL.
You don’t need someone reminding you that a trend is happening because you were the person who sent it to the group chat three days ago. You don’t wait for someone to hand you every idea: you are constantly bringing US ideas.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
You’ll own Starcrossed’s multi-platform social strategy from idea → hook → creation → publishing → optimization → analysis.
That means building and managing our content calendar, developing platform-specific strategies, creating and adapting content, identifying trends, optimizing hooks, testing formats, engaging with communities, analyzing performance, and constantly finding new ways to grow.
Your brain should constantly be asking: How do we make them share this with their best friend? How do we make Starcrossed EVERYWHERE?
