What You’re Doing & Minimum Expectations
Strategy:
- Research niches, industries, and trends
- Plan the content strategy for each month
- Develop content pillars, vision board and new formats
- Build and improve our internal procedures
Content Production:
- Write briefs and coordinate them with video editors and graphic designers
- Collect and organize footage
- Write captions
- Create and post stories
- Post on behalf of the creators
Creators and Growth:
- Handle day-to-day communication with creators
- Track growth metrics
What We’re Not Hiring: Someone who uses ChatGPT to ideate and do the work for them. You need to understand each creator. What pulls people to them, and how to position that on social. This is not a role you can run on autopilot. This is a performance-driven role. The creator’s personal brand is often the backbone of their business, and we treat it that way. We have monthly content volume targets and growth metrics to hit, so the pace is high. Having a systems-oriented brain while staying creative is essential. If you’re creative, love content, and enjoy working with successful personalities, this is a rewarding role.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who can open a creator’s account and say things like:
“I can see the exact formats we should be running for this creator…”
“I know which trends will work for them…”
“I can see where the gaps are on this account…”
“They should be posting way more of this exact type of content…”
“If we build a system around this, it will lead to way more…”
“We need to collect more footage from the creator…”
“Let’s develop this format further…”
“These hooks are weak, and here’s what to run instead…”
“The current strategy is building the wrong audience, we need to shift…”
And someone who can look at how we operate and say:
“Editing is too slow, we need to refine the pipeline…”
“We need to change our briefs so they’re clearer…”
“Creators are behind schedule, here’s how we fix that…”
“We need to hire another image editor to handle the volume…”
“We can use A.I. for this part of the process… but not this part…”
And then execute and bring that vision to life.
