SOCIAL MEDIA & AUTOMATION SPECIALIST — Brand Builder Creatives

Half creative, half operator. All in.
Brand Builder Creatives is a premium brand and growth-systems studio. We build the brand, the content, and the behind-the-scenes automation engine that turns a small business’s leads into closed clients — and we make them look exceptional doing it. We’re looking for someone who can live on both sides of that: making the content that gets attention, and wiring the system that catches it.
This isn’t a “post three times a week” job. We need someone technically sharp enough to build inside a CRM and creative enough to cut a video that people actually stop for.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and schedule social content across client accounts — short-form video, graphics, captions
- Edit video and photo assets (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, CapCut, Canva — whatever you’re fast in)
- Work inside our CRM (VelocityAIM) building forms, calendars, and pipelines
- Set up base automations — follow-up sequences, lead notifications, tagging, simple workflows
- Keep client accounts organized and running without someone checking behind you
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Real editing experience — you can show us work, not describe it. DaVinci Resolve experience gets preference.
- Genuinely tech-savvy; new software doesn’t intimidate you, you just figure it out
- Comfortable with automation logic: triggers, tags, conditions, if-this-then-that thinking
- Self-directed — handed a client account and a goal, you go
- Bonus: GoHighLevel experience, Meta Business Suite, or agency-side account management
- Passionate about helping small and medium-sized business owners win
COMPENSATION
$45,000/year to start — entry-level friendly, we’ll train the right person. At 90 days, we review performance and there’s a pay increase on the table for anyone who’s proven they can do the job. Full-time. Treasure Coast preferred; strong remote candidates will be considered.
