We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves managing multiple client accounts across different industries — developing strategies, creating content, and building engaged online communities that convert followers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for multiple clients, aligning with each brand’s goals and target audience.
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and performance reviews to guide campaign direction.
- Create plans that focus on growth, engagement, and customer acquisition.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Produce and curate engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, reels, captions) that aligns with each client’s brand identity.
- Manage daily posting schedules across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative teams or clients to ensure content quality and consistency.
3. Content Calendars
- Plan, organize, and maintain monthly content calendars for all client accounts.
- Coordinate post approvals, campaigns, and promotional activities to ensure smooth rollout.
- Track important dates, launches, and seasonal events relevant to each client.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in social media management with knowledge in FB AD’s
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt voice and tone for different brands.
- Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Rella, etc.) is a plus.
