Validation Training Institute is looking for a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to help us share stories, educate caregivers, and grow our community.

Responsibilities
- Edit and repurpose existing content into social media-friendly formats.
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the VTI team to promote courses, events, articles, and initiatives.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or nonprofit.
- Familiarity with content scheduling platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred.
- Interest in aging, caregiving, healthcare, or nonprofit work is a plus.
Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 10 hours per week.
- Fully remote.
- Flexible schedule with occasional virtual team meetings.
