SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MARKETING CONSULTANT (CONTRACT/1099) – $1,500.00-$1,600.00/month
Coolrite Refrigeration is a leading provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration services. We handle complex, large-scale projects, and we are looking for an independent creative partner to help us showcase our industry expertise to the world.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a 3–6 month project-based Social Media Content Consultant to manage our digital presence on a contract basis. You will be responsible for taking our ongoing project updates and translating them into high-quality, professional content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and our website.
Note: This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement. The selected consultant retains full autonomy over their working hours, schedule, and execution methods, focusing strictly on the delivery of agreed-upon project milestones and outcomes.
What You’ll Do (Project Deliverables)
- Active Management Strategy: Design and execute a consistent content schedule that highlights our current commercial projects, “Project Spotlights,” and “Case Studies”.
- Asset Management Workflow: Implement an independent workflow for our field team to transfer project photos and videos for your curation.
- System Building: Build a comprehensive “Social Media Content Playbook.” You will create the templates, caption standards, and workflows so our internal team can maintain this success long-term.
- Consultation & Training: Conduct a final handover consultation and training session to ensure our internal staff is ready to take the reins when the contract concludes.

- You operate as an independent business or contractor (1099) with a portfolio showing experience in B2B, industrial, or project-based marketing.
- You understand how to turn “technical” work into compelling digital stories.
- You are organized, process-driven, and enjoy building systems that empower others to maintain them.
