About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented SEO Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team remotely from the USA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in content creation, SEO strategy implementation, and brand storytelling. Your primary goal will be to attract, educate, and convert prospective students across Inspira Education Group’s family of brands, including Inspira Advantage, Quad Education, and Juris Education. Collaborating closely with SEO strategists, subject matter experts, and senior writers, you will develop high-quality content optimized for search engines and emerging generative AI platforms. Your work will encompass a variety of formats, such as long-form guides, thought leadership blogs, optimized landing pages, and case studies, directly influencing how students and families discover and engage with our services during critical decision-making moments.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at balancing creativity with structure, crafting engaging, human-centered narratives while applying SEO and GEO best practices. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in copywriting and editing
- Deep understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals, including E-E-A-T, search intent, semantic SEO, and helpful content principles
- Proficiency in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies and content formatting for LLM-driven environments
- Strong research skills with the ability to absorb and simplify complex topics
- Experience in adapting content for multiple channels and formats, including web, social media, video, and forums
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Superior attention to detail and mastery of grammar and style
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video editing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of SEO, GEO, and conversion best practices
Responsibilities
- Assist subject matter experts and senior leaders in developing high-impact editorial content, including blogs, guides, and case studies
- Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines and complete special projects as assigned
- Write and edit content in partnership with editors and senior writers, ensuring alignment with search intent, user needs, and organizational goals
- Adapt and repurpose content for various channels and formats while maintaining originality and clarity
- Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and data related to higher education and digital marketing
- Support the growth and evolution of content strategies to meet the changing needs of the organization in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all content adheres to SEO, GEO, and branding guidelines to maximize visibility and engagement
