Social Media Specialist – $24.24-$29.20/hour
FirstCall DPC is a physician-owned Direct Primary Care practice redefining how healthcare should work. We provide personalized, membership-based medical care with a strong emphasis on accessibility, prevention, longevity, ADHD care, and patient relationships.
We aren’t looking for someone to simply “post on social media.” We’re looking for someone who understands storytelling, brand building, and how to create content that earns trust before it asks for business.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a creative, organized, and self-directed Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
This is a flexible, remote position with significant creative freedom. You’ll work directly with our physician founders to transform real medical expertise into engaging, educational content that builds our reputation and attracts new patients.

Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Create graphics, reels, carousels, and short-form videos
- Edit physician-recorded video content
- Write engaging captions and calls to action
- Maintain a consistent brand voice
- Develop monthly content calendars
- Schedule and publish posts
- Monitor comments and messages when appropriate
- Track engagement and recommend improvements
- Stay current on social media trends and platform changes
- Help execute marketing campaigns for:
- Primary Care
- ADHD Program
- Men’s & Women’s Optimization
- Weight Loss
- Community events
- Patient testimonials
- Physician education
Qualifications
We’re more interested in talent than degrees.
Ideal candidates have experience with:
- Canva (required)
- CapCut or similar video editing software
- Meta Business Suite
- TikTok
- ChatGPT or other AI content tools
- Basic graphic design
- Short-form video editing
- Copywriting
- Healthcare marketing (preferred but not required)
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
- GoHighLevel
- WordPress
- SEO
- Email marketing
- YouTube
- Photography or videography

You are someone who:
- Writes exceptionally well
- Understands social media algorithms
- Can think strategically—not just execute tasks
- Has an eye for clean, premium design
- Is proactive and doesn’t need constant supervision
- Enjoys learning new AI tools
- Can translate complex medical topics into content people actually want to read
Hours
- 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Work from anywhere in the U.S.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and portfolio.
