Social Media Manager (Instagram & Facebook) – Nimera
Location: Remote (India)
Job Type: Part-Time (2–3 hours/day)

Nimera is a California-based online boutique offering premium Indian ethnic wear, office wear, dance jewelry, temple jewelry, fashion jewelry, and 92.5 sterling silver jewelry. We are building a modern global brand focused on quality, elegance, and exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage Nimera’s Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Create and publish:
- 1 Reel per day
- 1–2 Stories per day
- 3–4 Carousel posts per week
- Facebook posts adapted from Instagram content
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software.
- Design graphics using Canva.
- Write engaging captions in English.
- Research trending audio, hashtags, and fashion trends.
- Schedule content using Meta Business Suite.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Build engagement through community interaction.
- Plan content around festivals, new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal collections.
- Coordinate with the founder regarding product launches.
- Submit weekly analytics and monthly growth reports.
- Suggest ideas to increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and sales.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience managing Instagram and Facebook business pages.
- Experience with fashion, jewelry, clothing, beauty, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook algorithms.
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
- Good English communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Meta Business Suite
- Basic photo editing
- Basic video editing
- Facebook Ads knowledge (a plus, not required)
- Understanding of U.S. and Indian audiences

Compensation
- 10000 to 150000 /month for an experienced part-time social media manager
- Performance bonuses based on growth and sales

Pay: $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month
