Remote Chat Moderator (US Only)
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Remote Chat Moderator to monitor, manage, and facilitate online conversations within our digital community platforms. Your primary goal will be to maintain a positive, safe, and engaging environment for our users while strictly enforcing our community guidelines.

- Monitor & Moderate: Review live text, user-generated content, and active chat rooms to ensure all interactions comply with company policies and community standards.
- Enforce Guidelines: Issue warnings, mute, or ban users who violate community rules (e.g., spam, harassment, inappropriate content).
- Engage the Community: Foster positive interactions, answer basic user inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Escalate Issues: Promptly identify and route technical bugs, severe violations, or complex customer support inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
- Keep Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of user reports, moderation actions, and community feedback.
- Location: Must be a current resident of the United States.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills, including flawless grammar, spelling, and a professional yet friendly tone.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, or specific shift rotations as needed.
- Tech-Savvy: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional laptop/desktop. Familiarity with moderation platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack, custom live chat interfaces) is a major plus.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to remain calm and neutral under pressure.
