Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.
- Monitor social listening channels to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant hashtags to increase visibility.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost engagement and reach specific audiences.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Maintain strong relationship management with followers, influencers, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand reputation.
- Oversee public relations initiatives related to social media activities, ensuring positive brand representation.
- Proofread all content meticulously to uphold brand standards and ensure clarity before publication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media advertising strategies.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and branding consistency.
