Ads Creative Strategist – $3,000.00-$5,000.00/month
We’re looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Creative Strategist to lead winning content ideas across organic and paid channels for HYGR.
Managed at least USD 100k and above ads budget
Your role is not just to “make content” — but to identify, test, and scale creative concepts that drive:
- Views
- Engagement
- Conversions
- Brand love
- Customer retention
You’ll work closely with founders, content creators, editors, media buyers, and KOL teams to continuously develop high-performing creatives for:
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
- Meta Ads
- Shopify
- TikTok Shop
- Shopee
This role is ideal for someone obsessed with trends, consumer psychology, storytelling, hooks, and ad performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Ideation
- Research and identify winning content trends daily across TikTok, Meta, Shopify Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and competitor brands
- Develop high-converting creative angles for:
- Organic content
- Paid ads
- UGC-style videos
- Founder-led storytelling
- Product education
- Emotional/problem-solving creatives
- Build content concepts based on customer psychology, pain points, and buying behaviors
- Create strong hooks, storylines, CTAs, and retention strategies
Ads Creative Performance
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to produce scalable ad creatives
- Analyze winning ads and identify:
- Best hooks
- Best thumbnails
- Best retention moments
- Best conversion angles
- Continuously refresh creatives to avoid ad fatigue
- Suggest A/B testing directions for:
- Hooks
- Messaging
- Visual style
- Offers
- UGC formats
E-commerce & Marketplace Creative
- Plan conversion-focused creatives for:
- Shopify
- TikTok Shop
- Shopee
- Suggest creative direction for:
- Product page visuals
- GIFs
- Product storytelling
- Conversion banners
- Campaign visuals
- Bundle promotions
- Understand marketplace buying behaviors and optimize creatives accordingly
Trend & Market Research
- Monitor competitors and emerging brands globally
- Study winning beauty/skincare/fragrance/deodorant brands
- Compile weekly reports on:
- Viral trends
- Creative insights
- Winning ad formats
- Consumer behavior shifts
Requirements
- Strong understanding of:
- TikTok algorithm
- Meta ads creatives
- Consumer psychology
- Viral storytelling
- Shopify conversion creatives
- TikTok Shop & Shopee ecosystem
- Must have experience managing or working with brands spending at least USD100,000+ monthly ad budget
- Experience handling brands with monthly ad spend above RM300,000 is a strong advantage
- Familiar with marketplace consumer behavior and conversion strategies
- Deep understanding of short-form content retention
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, fragrance, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Self-driven and highly trend-sensitive
- Strong communication and idea presentation skills

- Experience in beauty/skincare brands
- UGC scripting experience
- Copywriting skills
- Basic video editing sense
- Founder-brand storytelling experience
- Experience scaling TikTok or Meta ads profitably
