- Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations, gather insights about audience preferences, and respond promptly to comments or inquiries.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media channels like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand reputation through public relations efforts.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of social media marketing principles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Skilled in video editing and photography to produce high-quality visual content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices along with keyword research techniques to optimize content discoverability.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Buffer or Hootsuite for monitoring brand mentions and industry trends.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with a focus on targeting strategies and ad performance optimization.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with audiences, partners, and media contacts effectively.
- Ability to analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics or similar tools to assess campaign success and identify growth opportunities.
