Duties

- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistency in voice and branding.
- Utilize graphic design and video editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce eye-catching visuals and multimedia content.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, enabling proactive engagement and reputation management.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics with tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging, handle crisis communications when necessary, and enhance overall brand reputation.
- Oversee scheduling and posting via social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community growth and strengthen relationships.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability across digital channels.

- Proven expertise in social media marketing strategies across diverse platforms with a focus on growth metrics.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia content creation.
- Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends effectively.
