Requirements:
- 3+ years in Web3 community operations, ecosystem growth, or technical communications
- Strong written communication with demonstrated ability to simplify complex blockchain concepts
- Hands-on moderation experience in high-signal communities with clear escalation judgment
- Experience running community programs tied to product launches or technical roadmap milestones
- Ability to analyze qualitative community feedback and convert it into actionable internal insights
- Comfort collaborating asynchronously with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Own the community editorial calendar aligned with roadmap milestones and ecosystem initiatives
- Moderate channels, maintain communication quality standards, and escalate technical concerns quickly
- Design high-value engagement formats such as Q&A sessions, explainers, and technical digest updates
- Track sentiment and recurring questions, then synthesize insights for product and leadership reviews
- Support remote ecosystem events and partner-facing communication touchpoints
- Continuously improve community operating playbooks and response SLAs
