Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; leverage insights to refine campaigns and enhance relationship management efforts.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing media relationships, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels.
- Oversee social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and maintaining a cohesive online presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and customer service to align marketing efforts with business goals; support e-commerce initiatives through targeted digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO; implement best practices in proofreading to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, video editing techniques, photography best practices, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software, and graphic design principles.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising platform, Hootsuite or Buffer applications.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research techniques, web analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to proofreading details; ability to craft compelling content tailored for various audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategy adjustments; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
